Clubhouse Venue Hire

Located right on the beachfront, Mangawhai Surf Club offers a unique and versatile venue with breathtaking coastal views. The upper storey clubhouse is available for hire and is ideal for weddings, corporate events, meetings, and community gatherings.

Availability
The venue is available for hire Monday to Friday, and on weekends outside of patrol hours.

• Weekend bookings between October and April are unavailable due to patrol commitments. 
• The venue is not available from mid-December to mid-February during the Regional Guard Season.

Capacity

• Up to 200 guests standing
• 100–120 guests seated

Meetings & Courses

• Half day (4.5 hours): $250 + GST
• Full day (9 hours): $500 + GST

Corporate Events / Group Bookings

• $1000 + GST (minimum 4 hours)
• $100 + GST per additional hour
• $1000 + GST bond
• $250 + GST cleaning fee

Weddings (Venue Hire Only)

• $5000 + GST
• $1000 + GST bond
• Cleaning included
