Clubhouse Venue Hire

Located right on the beachfront, Mangawhai Surf Club offers a unique and versatile venue with breathtaking coastal views. The upper storey clubhouse is available for hire and is ideal for weddings, corporate events, meetings, and community gatherings.

Access to the upper storey is via the internal and external stairscase.

Availability

• The venue is available for hire Monday to Friday, except during the Regional Guard Season (mid-December to mid-February).

• Weekend bookings are available from 1 April to 30 September only.

• Due to patrol commitments, the venue is not available on weekends from October to March, and remains closed for all hires during the Regional Guard Season (mid-December to mid-February).

Capacity

• Up to 200 guests standing
• 100–120 guests seated

Meetings & Courses

• Half day (4.5 hours): $250 + GST
• Full day (9 hours): $500 + GST

Corporate Events / Group Bookings / Funtions

• $1000 + GST (minimum 4 hours)
• $100 + GST per additional hour
• $1000 + GST bond
• $250 + GST cleaning fee

Weddings (Venue Hire Only)

• $5000 + GST
• $1000 + GST bond
• Cleaning included
