As a family, we are incredibly proud to be sponsoring the Mangawhai Heads Surf Life Saving Club.My connection to surf lifesaving goes back to 2010, when I began volunteering and patrolling with Tairua Surf Life Saving Club. As a former PE teacher, I also really enjoyed delivering surf lifesaving modules in the schools I worked in.Surf lifesaving holds a special place in our hearts. The work the Mangawhai Heads club does for our community is invaluable — not only saving lives on our beaches, but also helping shape confident, capable and community-minded young people.Weekend work commitments mean I can’t patrol as often as I'd like, but I'm grateful we can support the club financially as a family. Anna and I look forward to continuing our involvement and backing this incredible organisation for many years to come.
