New - If this is your first time joining a Surf Club in New Zealand you will need to apply for SLSNZ membership. For Junior Surf please register your child/ren. This must be done before completing the MHVLS membership form below. APPLY HERE

Transfer - If you are already a SLSNZ member and would like to transfer to/from Mangawhai Heads you will need to apply for a transfer. This must be done before completing the MHVLS membership form below. APPLY HERE

Renewal - If you are an existing MHVLS member and wish to renew your membership for another season please go directly to the membership form below.

Please note we are using a new registration system "Friendly Manager'. Once you have made your first registration you will be sent an email to set your password for your Friendly Manager Account.
